DT Downtown Area
DT The Downtown area is booming with many new condominiums. The Colorado Rivers winds through the city providing beautiful views of the river and hill country from many of the new condominiums. This area offers residents unique retail shopping, spas, restaurants, bars, live music venues, art museum, hike and bike trails along the Colorado River which is referred to as Lady Bird Lake. Every Saturday morning there is a Farmer's Market located in the warehouse district of downtown with farm fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, cheeses and of course live music to shop by. You can even get a message at the market.
Located on the south side of Lady Bird Lake is the Long Center for Performing Arts, Parmer Auditorium, and Auditorium Shores. What an exciting place for urbanites to live!
