Area 6 South Central Austin is located just south of downtown Austin on the south side of of the Colorado River (Lady Bird Johnson Lake). This a very trendy part of South Austin which is referred to as the SoCo (South Congress) area. A very popular swimming spot in the heat of the summer. Zilker Park hosts the annual ACL (Austin City Limits) Music Festival. Homes range in size from 700sf. - 4200sf.
