Area 3is in the Austin Independent School District and is located east of Interstate Hwy 35 with the southwest corner of this area boardering downtown Ausitn.
Area 5 is also in the Austin Independent School District and is located east of IH-35 with the west side boardering downtown Austin. This aera is booming with new condos and single family housing.
